At Cluve London, we offer two shipping options to best suit your needs: Free Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
All orders are carefully processed and shipped with tracking for your security and convenience.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Options

  • Estimated delivery time: 4 to 10 business days

  • Available for all addresses within the United Kingdom

⚡ Express Shipping

  • Cost: Displayed at checkout based on your delivery address

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 business days

  • Recommended for faster delivery

All orders include a tracking number, which is sent to you by email once your order is shipped.

You can monitor the delivery status in real time using the tracking link provided.


4. Delivery Delays and Responsibility

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Cluve London is not responsible for delays that occur after the order has been dispatched.

Currently, Cluve London ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

International shipping is not available at this time.
